Shopping with us is risk-free — here's exactly how returns work.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw:
Simply email us at seidora.self-care@outlook.com with a clear statement that you'd like to withdraw from your purchase (include your order number to speed things up).

Refunds:
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we'll refund all payments received without undue delay, and no later than 14 days afterward. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

One exception — personalized products:
Products made specifically for you, such as the Wash Bag with custom name embroidery, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, since they're created individually and can't be resold. This will always be clearly noted on the product page before you buy, so you know exactly what to expect.

Legal basis: This policy is based on the statutory right of withdrawal under Austrian consumer law (§ 11 FAGG), with the personalization exception under § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG.
