Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop shopseidora.com operated by Stephanie Kraus (see Legal Notice). Only these terms, in the version valid at the time of order, apply.

§ 2 Contracting Party and Formation of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Stephanie Kraus, Hauptstraße 21, 3003 Gablitz, Austria. Product listings in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking "Buy" or "Checkout," you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. The contract is formed once we accept your order via a confirmation email.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown are final prices. As a small business under § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG, we do not show VAT separately. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

§ 4 Payment Methods

Payment is made via the methods offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, Shop Pay, and other methods available through Shopify Payments).

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery times are stated on the respective product page or during checkout. As some products are shipped directly by external suppliers, delivery times may differ from standard shipping estimates — this is disclosed transparently on the product page.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. To exercise this right, you must inform us (Stephanie Kraus, seidora.self-care@outlook.com) via a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Exception for personalized products: For goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. wash bags with custom name embroidery), the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG (Austrian Consumer Rights Act). We separately notify customers of this before purchasing personalized items.

Consequences of withdrawal: In case of valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) applies (2 years from delivery of goods).

§ 8 Governing Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
